Well this year is almost gone. Guess me and my tv can keep busy the rest of the year.Went with Norm to see Poodle yesterday. Mary Sue was there. Poodle is passing on. He looked older than he did the last time I saw him. God be with you Mary Sue and Poodle.

Deecember 26, 2009

Aniversary Day. Dean and I will have been maried 44 years. He may be gone but he will always be with me. Had a great Christmas day. Got up a little before 8:00 and strated cooking. Apple cakes, mashed potatoes, deviled eggs and Turkey and gravy. Norm came and got me about 2:30 and we took everything over to his house. Family was there. Everybody ate tooooooo much. Several of us had a nap after eating. Oh yes before we ate Rachel directed the gift giving and opening. Boy did I get some. I wasn't expecting anything. New dish cloth and towels for the kitchen. Natural colors. I told them my kitchen would think it had died and gone to heaven. Next was a table that could be used while sitting in a chair or if worth came to worth used in a bed. Then there was an electric flanel blanket. Norm said it was to keep me and my feet warm while in front of the TV. Norm brought me home about 4:00. I told him I was going to the chair and probabley go to sleep. Went in got all presents unrapped and cleaned up. Got me a big piece of apple cake, took the lap table and blanket and went to the chair. Turned on the tv, ate and tried to watch something on the History channel. Needless to say I woke up about 9:00. Took my medicine and turned off everything and went to bed. Got up at 9:00 this morning. Happy Holiday everyone.

Christmas is a week away. Mari brought me some of Pauline Nall's yarn that they cleaned out of the house. Went through them yesterday and have a plan for them. Will make something from them for Donald and new wife, they will be living in grandma's house. They might get it next Christmas. Hopefully Norm can relax for a little while. Has been busy as a bee geting everything ready for winter.

A very nice thanksgiving yesterday. Shannon had the family to her house for dinner. Turkey and everything. It was a very nice day. Now on to Christmas.Later.

Went with Norm's crew out to birthday dinner. It was very good and interesting. After we got back home I went to the Youth Group Halloween Party at church. A fun time was had by all. I thought I'd be home in about an hour. I ended up calling Norm at 9:00 to come and get me. They were still cleaning up after the party. But yesterday was a very good day for me. Thank you everyone for a great day.

Rachel and Norm canceled the party today. No body feels good and the weather is to bad. All crew have a Happy Birthday this month anyway. Going to try to go to church this evening for the Halloween Party. Also got a craft project I'm working on, so should keep me busy today.

Checked my shop. Found out 2 had check some things in it. Oh well one step forward and 2 steps back. Its raining again. Norm just called and wanted to know if the grain bin was still standing. Told him yes. There is water everywhere. Some limbs down to, but not to much. The laundry washer has stoped so guess I'll go do some more. Good day everyone.

I just tried to post a comment to Rachel but I don't think it worked so I'll try here. It was good to see the kids, the neighbors, the horses and everything. Howdy. It's Wednesday. Been a busy week so far. Norm started geting the corn selige. Busy day yesterday. I worked in the shop until I pooped out. Boy did it get hot. Yesterday was a good day.
Had blood work done for doctor visits.
Did some house cleaning.
Went with Norm to get stuff for the corn ben work.
Little Bill helped me get back on my website. Put in my first fall item.
Got new ideas for projects for the shop.
Boy was yesterday a busy one, and very happy.

This has been a busy July. The third of July was Greer day, picknic and fireworks. William does a big job every year and its great. Finished my fair stuff this weekend and took stuff to the fair grounds Monday about noon. Norm took me. Well thats done, go back Sunday to get stuff and find out if I won any ribbons. Started on another project with dolls. Making them, there clothes, etc. And writing down the patterns that I've made for them. When I learn how to get a picture on here I'll show you all of it. Guess I'll go do something else.

Unusual time, this week. Went to the grocery with Rachel and Doug yesterday. The fair books will be out next week sometime, I hope. Didnt get up until 10:00 today. Had to get up at 5:00 or a little after to put all the windows down. Dont think it rained to long,but I went right back to sleep and didnt wake up until the guy came in to spray the field at Poodles. At least its pretty even if a little warm. Guess I'll go get into something else. Oh yes I got two new DVD's yesterday, only $9.00 each. I thing that is the cheepest I've paid for some even at FYE. The last few days have been interesting. Tuesday went to Louisville to get my stove. Thats a complete page. The next day at 7:00 am Norm woke me up to put it in before he went to the hay field. Then I cooked dinner on new stove for them. BOY is that thing good. I didnt realize how bad my old one had gotten. With only 3 top burners left that work I guess it was time to say goodby. Guess I'll go work on my fair things.

Boy was yesterday a day. Laundry, then Norm came by to see if I wanted to go get my stove. YES! We left for Louisville at about 3:00. Boy was I surprised. $600.00 plus tax and stuff. Well there went my tax return but I got me a new stove. Going next Tuesday to get it. I told Norm when I get it in and streighten up after delivery I was going to cook up a storm. Things I've missed out on for so long. I'll let you know what I come up with. We also went by to see Poodle. He is getting older. At least he is where someone can keep track of him and help if he needs. Everyone have a great day.

I told him a definate no. Not now. I've lost to many that I liked. I just want to be without any animal responsability. Well folks its a new week. What to do this week? Hummm, I'm thinking. There is so much I could do that it boggles the mind. My shop has lots of work to be done to get it where I want it. The back yard where the put in the sink drane needs cleaning up and new grass sewn. The house always needs something! I'm still dreaming about my new trike(3 wheel bike). It keeps my mind busy. It's another new day. This comp nerd is having a BIG problem keeping up with this set. Anyone who can please help. I think I have things under control and then there it goes. Yesterday was something. Norm and I left at 7:00 and got back about 2:00. Got the tractor fixed. Norm worked until almost midnight of hay fields. Me, I went in and went to sleep. Ha!It was a pretty good day, just busy.

UGH its raining again. Hope it's just a gentel, wetting rain. Yesterday was fun. Rachel took me to see Dr. Le and then Mari, Rachel and I went to lunch. Did our quick shopping a went home. Norm asked me Monday to go up to the pond with Doug and John so they could fish. We all three had a ball. They cought 6 I think. John caught the first one, it was a thrill for him. Doug caught most of the rest of the. John did catch one little bass. Doug said it was to little to keep so he put it back in the pond . Norm called and said to bring the to the house, so that ended the fishing trip. I told the boys we would try it again sometime pretty soon.

Boy was it a great weekend. Saturday about 5 - 6 oclock most of my family , friends, neighbors, everybody came by to say Happy Birthday. It was great. I really had fun. Well I'm back from town. Susan and I got a lot done. I found a way to make a new door for my shop, a board for hooks inside and outside, how to get some counter shelves into it and how to get me a three wheel bicycle so I can go around her when I want to. I have to finish covering the boxes with contact paper so I'll have someting to store items I've made. Soon as I get this done Susan and I will try to do some more moderizing. Its been a good day. (Even had a nap)Later!.

What am I doing? Yesterday was a good day. Norm took me to town with him and I got a bunch of things done. Came home and worked in the shop until just after 3. Came inside and took a 2 hour nap. Yesterday was a busy day. Thanks Susan. She came up and helped me remodle my shop. We worked quite a while and got a lot done. This has been a good day. I decided not to go to church this morning it was raining to hard and I didnt want to risk falling or getting wet. Mari came over and picked up the Wrap I made for her. She also helped me with my computer. We got Susan Elder's hot dish mitts ready to mail and I dont even have to go to the post office.Postman will pick them up here.Boy is that a good news. It sure is hard when there is no car,truck or any thing that will take me out.Well guess I'll go back to the TV. Think I've taken care of all checkouts.

Goodmorning everyone. It has been a good morning. Norm came by about 9:00 and said he was going to take some corn to Hardinsburg to sell. You know me, if someone says go I say when. They sold pretty good, now great but good. Guess thats all we can ask for. He brought in all the crafts Rachel and Mari had been working on . I didn't realize they had so much. Today has been UGH! It took me three times trying to get on my computer. Any time something goes wrong it ruins my hole day. Rachel will bring over the crafts she has been working with and will get her laundry, so guess I'd better get busy.

Boy can this thing confuse me. Last night we all went to Tumbleweed(?) to celebrate Neils birthday. He is 15. One of these days he is going to be a grown man and I wont know when it happened. He is my adopped grandson. Two grandchildren(Heathers boys). Two step grandchildred (Norm and Rachels kids). Two adopped grandchildren (The Kitchens). Will take anyothers for a few minutes if you want to pass the on. Ha! I'm rambling so guess I'd better get off here and go get some housework done.

Good day! Everything seems to be going pretty good today. Rachel lets plan to get together with Susan one day next week and go over the shop to see how we can make it work for us. She said to let her know which day and she would try to get here. Planning to set up the shop better and getting ready for the county fair this summer are keeping me busy. Anybody have an idea let me know. A word about Cooper, she is in God's hands now. Her back problem went down to fast and we decided to let her go. I must be felling better. This came up the first time I tried it. Getting ready for the county fair July 5 thru 11 . Already have some things made. Working on a comforter. Hope it turns out like I want it to, I think it will!. Coop has been out, eaten and is back in her hideout.Only 4 more pills left for her to take. She seams a little more active. Maybe tomorrow I can learn how to put a picture with this, if for no ones information but mine.

Another day! Boy how time does fly. Today is laundry day for Norm and Rachel. Cleaning up after HR. Cooper is doing fine today. Already been out to potty and come back and eaten her breakfast. Rachel the vest I talked about is finished. Some small things to do yet. Started another project, a new blanket, comforter, afghan! I'll know what to call it when I get it done. Hope I can get it done in time to take to the county fair this year. That is something I have done for years and would like to get back into it. Just another dream list. It keeps me active.Enough chatting go to get to work.

Boy is it wet outside. Took Cooper out, she did her business quick and came right back in. Been trying to learn more about my comp. I'll have to go rest for a while and come back later.

Heather came buy t visit. Got her to take me to Spencers. Needed snacks! She has gone now to pick up Justin from school. He hates to ride the bus. Don't blame him. My mind is in left field, so I'll say goodby for now.

Another new day! I just found Rae and Mari's list on this. Nowif I can find out how to talk back to you I won't have to wait to get in touch by phone. Rae I have a new idea for the wash bags. Boy has this been a busy few days. Baby Radid ( I'm sorry I can not call him the other name) is a pistol. he'll make it I'm sure. Cooper is doing fine to. She digs around on her blankets until she hides herseld under them and spends the time sleeping. Just as well. There is a little bit of rain coming down, not much. Maybe it will do more good coming in little bunches and more often. Here comes Cooper, guess I'd better go take care of her and clean up Radid's blankets.

Well it has been a very interesting Monday. Rachel and Norm have a new colt. A boy. Will know in a few days if he is going to make it. Also had to take Cooper to the vet. She just went down and I could not figure out why. She has a back problem, which is normal for the type of dog she is. Dr. Vet said to keep her quiet and still and give her her medicine that he perscribed. In walked the ill and out she went. Guess I'd better go see about her. Later.

Boy is it busy around here. Norm and crew are here cleaning horses feet. The weather is beautiful, actually kind of warm. Cop and I made our outing at 8:00 this morning. She is asleep in a chair some where and I'm doing laundry. Some of these days I'm going to learn how to put a picture on here so others can see what I spent my time doing. Contacts have a good day

Well things with my Blog are looking better. I learn one little thing everyday. Norm got me up at 8:00 am to take him over to the Poodle place so he could feed the cows. Its Monday and I have an appointment to see Dr. Mehta on Wednesday at 8:30. The pain has been so bad I can't even walk without help. Hope I can find out something.

Well I got started! Yesterday went well . TV audio went out yesterday. Norm got me set back up today. Doing laundry today. Guess I better get to work. Cooper is tucked into her blanket and is sound asleep. She will let me know when I need to take her back out. Hope we all have a good day.

February 18, 2009 Boy wish I knew what to do and how to do it. With the bad weather I havent been on my computer and I've forgotten a lot of things. Maybe just doing a few things at a time and doing them over and over will help me remember.

Boy this weather is taking it out of all of us. The weather channel says it could possibly get worse. Oh well, whats new? All pictures are white and iced , not much to see.

Monday 1-26-09

Its getting better. Its not taking me so long to find everything. I got the soap wash bag designer and made several. If I can get a picture of them I can show everyone what I got. I've got some pictures on my camera and need to try to get them in my computer.

Thanks Mari. She helped me get the picture of looking out the back door. This is what I see when I look outside. If I see anyone or anything I need to check on it can be done.

Boy is this hard for me. It takes me forever to find the right button to push. Its Friday,1-23-09.I wish I could figure out how to put a picture on this sight. Well maybe tomorrow. Hope the rest of the day goes better.
